With the exception of Jesus Christ himself, no single figure is more important in the growth of the Christian Church than the apostle Paul of Tarsus. By his own admission, he was a violent persecutor of the Church of God and zealous for the traditions of his ancestors. But Paul was called by God to be an apostle to the Gentiles and Paul proclaimed the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout Greece and Asia Minor, establishing new churches in many of the places he visited. Today, the oldest parts of the New Testament are Paul's letters to these churches he established.
During the course of the 13 week study, participants will study Paul's correspondence with the churches in Corinth, Galatia, Ephesus, Philippi, Thessalonica and Ephesus.
Just show up with a Bible or stop by the Bookstore to purchase the materials which will be used in the study.
