AUGUST

  • Blessing of the Backpacks - Sunday Before Palm Beach County Schools Begin:  Students and teachers are invited to bring their backpacks, book bags and other educational tools to church for a special blessing before beginning a new school year.  Invite your family, friends and neighbors as we mark this important milestone.
  • Parenting Discussion Group - Six Wednesday Evenings Beginning Wednesday August 25:  Using John Rosemond's book, The New Six Point Plan For Raising Happy, Healthy Children.
SEPTEMBER

  • Couple Care - Monthly on Friday Evenings Beginning Friday September 3:  Those who are in a committed couple relationship are invited to this series of Friday night get-togethers which are designed to support couples in their own nurture and care.  Couple Care evenings will feature 'caring conversations', topical presentations or social events.  Put the care of yourself and the person you love high on your 'to do' list and join us in this time of refreshment, fun and being together as couples.
  • Special Birthday Celebrations:  We will celebrate one of one members turning 99 years young on Sunday September 5.  Join us as we honor one of our elders.
  • Back To Church Sunday & Fall Kick Off Festival - Sunday September 5:  Everyone is invited for fun, games and lots of homemade pies!  Invite your family, friends and neighbors.
  • Second Sunday Family Pot Luck Suppers - Beginning Sunday September 12:  Everyone is invited for a potluck supper and fellowship on the second Sunday of the month.  If the weather is fine, we will meet on the Day School playground and if the weather is inclement, we will meet in the Children's Cottage.  Bring your favorite dish and your favorite stories to share.
  • Church School & Youth Group Beginning Sunday September 19 - Runs September through May.
  • Foundations for Faith - Six Weeks Beginning Tuesday September 21:  Through videos and lectures, this course will survey Christian faith and worship as experienced in the Episcopal Church from its apostolic roots to today, and explore meaningful ways in which Christian faith and living may be expressed by adults in the contemporary world.
OCTOBER

  • Blessing of the Animals - Sunday October 3:  Celebrating the Feast of St Francis of Assisi, you are invited to bring your animal friends to a special service and blessing, held in the Parish Hall.  All animals are welcome either in their cages or on a leash.
  • CROS Walk - Sunday October 10:  A sponsored walk to benefit CROS Ministries - Christians Reaching Out to Society.  Congregations and individuals collect pledges based on a 5K walk on Flagler Drive along the intracoastal waterway.
  • Halloween - Sunday October 31:  Special trick or treat fun for the children during Children's Chapel.  Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to church.
NOVEMBER

  • All Saints Picnic with St Matthew's - Sunday November 7
  • Tin Can Sunday - Sunday November 21:  Bring non-perishable foods to church to help replenish the shelves of the local food pantry.
  • Advent Wreath Workshop - Sunday November 28:  An intergenerational event.  Make your own advent wreath to enjoy during the holy season of Advent.
  • Women's Advent Book Study - Begins Tuesday November 30
  • Jubilate Youth Choir - Rehearsals Begin Tuesday November 30:  Children of the parish aged 5 - 13 are invited to join the youth choir to prepare a musical offering for the Christmas season.
DECEMBER

  • Poinsettia Sale - Sunday December 5:  Purchase your Christmas poinsettias from St Paul's and help support the St Paul's Youth Group.
  • Visit from St Nicholas & Blessing of the Christmas Stockings - Sunday December 5
  • Walk the Labyrinth at the Duncan Center - Saturday December 11
  • Bethlehem Market - Beginning Sunday December 12:  Featuring fair trade items for the holidays, for sale in the Turnover Shop.
  • Christmas Pageant:  Rehearsal will be held Saturday December 18, pageant will be performed on Christmas Eve during the Family Service.  All children from the parish, their friends and their neighbors are invited to join in.
  • Reading of the Night Before Christmas & the Gospel of Luke - Sunday December 19
  • A Service of Nine Lessons & Carols:  The story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah and the birth of Jesus is told in nine short readings from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels, interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols, hymns and choir music.
  • Christmas Eve Family Service & Pageant - Friday December 24
JANUARY

  • Caroling & Chili - Sunday January 2:  Meet at St Paul's and visit local nursing homes to sing Christmas carols, then return to St Paul's for a chili supper.
  • Epiphany Pageant - Sunday January 9
  • MLK Jr Walk - Monday January 17:  Members of St Paul's and St Matthew's walk together in the community and attend the rally and church services associated with this remembrance.
  • Animal Show - Sunday January 30:  McCarthy Wildlife visits to educate the children during the St Paul's General Meeting.
  • Festive Meal - Sunday January 30:  Our annual fellowship event.
FEBRUARY

  • Souper Bowl of Caring - Sunday February 6
  • Valentine Dinner & Renewal of Wedding Vows - Monday February 14
MARCH

  • Pancake Supper - Tuesday March 8
  • Ash Wednesday Observances
  • Women's Lenten Study Group - Beginning Tuesday March 15
  • Pilgrimage to Greece & Turkey
APRIL

  • Blessing of the Students taking FCATs - Sunday April 10
  • Music at St Paul's - Children's Concert - Sunday April 10
  • Maundy Thursday Service & Agape Supper - Thursday April 21
  • Youth Lock In - Thursday April 21
  • Stations of the Cross - Friday April 22:  Members of St Paul's and St Matthew's walk Stations of the Cross together.  Each of the 14 stations is placed along a route between the two churches.  The Stations begin at St Matthew's church and end in the Columbarium at St Paul's.
  • Easter Family Service with Pageant & Flowering the Cross - Saturday April 23
  • Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday April 23
  • Easter Vigil - Saturday April 23
  • Easter Day - Sunday April 24
  • Delray Affair - Friday April 29 - Sunday May 1:  Park at St Paul's and benefit our Youth Group.
MAY

  • Blessing of the Elders - Sunday May 1:  We honor our elders by offering a special blessing for those who have reached 80 years or older.
  • Mothers' Day - Sunday May 8
JUNE

  • Vacation Bible School - Monday June 6 - Friday June 10
  • Pentecost Sunday Picnic- Sunday June 12:  Joint fellowship with the members of St Matthew's Episcopal Church.
  • Fathers' Day - Sunday June 19
